A Lighter, More Low-Profile Version of One of Magpul’s Most Legendary Slings
Magpul’s MS1 sling is one of the most popular rifle slings on the American market, and now the engineers at Magpul have created a more compact version of the MS1. The MS1 Lite Sling is made from a narrower 1″ single-ply nylon webbing to drastically reduce extra bulk and offer a high-strength, streamlined sling that avoids snagging. This custom weave is resistant to rolling and twisting to keep it comfortable while still retaining the anti-chafe characteristics of other Magpul slings. An additional way the MS1 Lite reduces bulk is with a more compact MS1 slider which allows for rapid adjustments to lengthen or shorten the sling with no slipping once it’s set, with no tails, loops, or other potential snag hazards. The MS1 Lite is ideal for lightweight or smaller-form firearms such as carbines or submachine guns, and this sling is compatible with Magpul’s excellent lineup of sling hardware options.
